Concert with participation of a member of the Art Union “Maestro”, composer David Mnatsakanjan in the German Church of Gothenburg (Sweden).
In the program under the name “Light of an angel”, begun traditional Prechristmas musicales in Southwest Sweden, the orchestral version of a composition by David Mnatsakanjan “My way”, received wide popularity and repeatedly executed in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Russia has sounded.
The official site of the Russian Foreign Ministry notices: “the Sincere applause and the thanks stated to the author from organizers, spectators, colleagues on the consular case became bright acknowledgement of that music has no nationality, but invariably brings in hearts of listeners true harmony and a creative unification, as has occurred this Prechristmas evening in Gothenburg”.

A performance by the Art Union “Maestro” in the Embassy of Russia in the Kingdom of Sweden (Stockholm).
The official site of the Russian Foreign Ministry informs: “During the official part the national anthems of Sweden and Russia were performed in the presence of the following members of the government: L.Adelson-Lilerut, the Minister of Culture; Lejonborg, Minister of Education; L.N.Klase and M.Sandstryom, senior officials of the administration of the Prime Minister; first deputy Ministers of Education and Public Health, P.Honet and B.Kashefi. The main official visitor to the holiday was the first deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom, F.Belfrage. Representatives of the Royal court, the compatriot organizations, bohemia, electronic and printed mass-media, large corporations, employees of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Sweden, heads of religious communities” have also come to congratulate the Russians.
At the concert in the Birch Hall of the Embassy pianist Andrew Baranenko, the soloist of the St.Petersburg Virtuoso Ensemble “Maestro”, performed jazz compositions in his own original transcription.

A performance by the Art Union “Maestro” in the White Hall of the Big Peterhof Palace (2 Razvodnaja st., Peterhof, St.Petersburg).
The symphonic orchestra under the baton of Pavel Oparovsky presented the concert program “The Fountains of Peterhof”, including pieces by Ź.Ģ. von Weber, F.Schubert as well as Leonid Levashkevich and David Mnatsakanyan's original works in Vladimir Gaponov's arrangement.

A Christmas concert of the St.Petersburg Virtuoso Ensemble “Maestro” has taken place at the Consulate General of Russia in Gothenburg (the Kingdom of Sweden).
“Maestro” has presented to the public musical masterpieces of the world classic repertoire, as well as Leonid Levashkevich's original musical pieces in Vladimir Gaponov's arrangement with the lyrics by Dmitry Kirshin. In the end of the meeting an instrumental composition “My way” by the Consul General of Russia in Gothenburg David Mnatsakanyan was performed by Swedish professional musicians.
The official site of the Russian Foreign Ministry notices: “the responses, received after the concert, did not only leave no doubt in an absolute success of the Russian musicians, but also once again confirmed an already formed image of the Russian Consulate General as a place of rapprochement of Russian and Swedish cultures”.

A Christmas concert by the St.Petersburg Virtuoso Ensemble “Maestro” at the Consulate General of Russia in Gothenburg (the Kingdom of Sweden), continuing a tradition of winter musical gatherings at the Russian diplomatic missions, took place.
“Maestro” has presented to the public musical masterpieces of the world classic repertoire, as well as Leonid Levashkevich's original musical pieces in Vladimir Gaponov's arrangement with the lyrics by Dmitry Kirshin. In the end of the meeting a surprise-impromptu was offered to the visitors. The Consul general of Russia in Gothenburg David Mnatsakanyan, accompanied by the musicians from St.Petersburg, presented to the public his original instrumental composition “My way”.

A Performance by the Art Union “Maestro” at a masquerade party at the Embassy of Russia in the Kingdom of Sweden.
At the Embassy of Russia in the Kingdom of Sweden (Stockholm) the traditional masquerade dated for the orthodox Christmas, “Trettondag Jul”, took place, coinciding with the ancient Swedish holiday.
More than 500 Swedish and other foreign visitors, among whom were ministers, politicians, representatives of the business community, heads of industrial corporations, members of Riksdag, the Royal court, diplomats, representatives of cultural elite of the country, became participants of the joyful event.
